This Cookie Policy explains how Marco Restifo Pecorella, VAT IT04932430277, Calle Rovereto 10, Venezia, Italy, the operator of the Cremisi platform ("Cremisi", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://cremisi.eu and in the Cremisi web application (together, the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which keeps key-value data on your device, and session storage, which is cleared when the tab closes. We use the word "cookies" below to cover all of them unless we say otherwise.
2. Cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the guidance of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), they do not require your consent.
- Authentication session (first-party cookies whose names begin with "sb-" followed by our project reference and "-auth-token"): set by our authentication provider, Supabase, when you sign in. They hold your encrypted session and refresh token so you stay signed in between pages. Lifetime: until you sign out, or about one week of inactivity, after which you must sign in again.
- Security and routing: our hosting provider, Vercel, may set short-lived technical cookies to balance traffic and protect against abuse. They contain no personal data and expire within the browsing session.
2.2 Preference storage
The following items are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them from our servers.
- cremisi_theme: whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
- cremisi_task_layout: your default board or list layout for project tasks.
- cremisi_notification_prefs: which in-app notification categories you turned on or off.
- cremisi_cookie_notice: that you dismissed the cookie notice on the website, so it does not appear again.
2.3 Analytics, advertising, and third-party cookies
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or any cross-site tracking on the Service. Embedded third-party content such as repository links or files you share opens in those providers' own sites, where their cookie policies apply.
3. Your choices
- You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block the authentication cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
- You can clear preference storage from your browser's site-data settings; the Service will fall back to its defaults.
- Because we do not track you across other sites, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing further to switch off. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and let you manage it here.
4. Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the cookies we use change, and update the date at the top. Material changes, such as introducing analytics, will be announced in the Service before they take effect.
